KENGO KUMA’S VANCOUVER TEA HOUSE

At the same time as Kengo Kuma was designing the 2020 olympic stadium in Tokyo, he was designing this quiet tea house atop a skyscraper in downtown Vancouver. Kuma-san’s ability to express himself and his points of view on two drastically different scales with no loss of attention to detail and quality is something that has never stopped inspiring.
